| Description | As well as the standard excavator version, the Liebherr R984 in front shovel configuration was powered by a 507 hp Cummins diesel, but the front shovel ist about 4 tonnes heavier, weighing 93 metric tons (205,000 lb). It was built from 1985 to '89. The operators’s cab is proteced by a full FOPS, shaped as it was standard with Liebherr then. |
