The Liebherr R 984 C is the latest version of the R984 series which also was reproduced by Conrad from the begining. In the front shovel configuration, the machine weighs up to 125 metric tons (275,600 lb) and is powered by a 685 hp engine.

Unfortunately, Conrad reworked the under- and uppercarriage for the C series completely in a very good way, but took the rather simply designed boom, stick and bucket of the B series model.
