| Description | Meanwhile, the AST-1 X 1360 has replaced the older AST-1 as Goldhofer's biggest aircraft tractor. The new AST-1X 1360 now has three axles, all of which are powered and the rear axles can optionally be steered. It is powered by two diesel engines with a combined power output of 1360 hp. With that, it can move planes with a maximum take-off weight up to 600 tonnes (1,323,000 lb), e.g. an Airbus A380. |
