| Description | The Ingersoll Rand is drill rig typical for North America where it is used for smaller drilling operations, e.g. for water. The drill itself is usually powered by a Cummins or Detroit diesel engine with about 600 hp. This allows, for example, to apply a backward pull of 50,000–70,000 lb (about 230–320 kN or 23–32 metric tons). At this model, the rig is mounted on a CCC undercarriage. |
