The SP15 is currently Wirtgen's smallest Offset Slipform Paver. It can be equipped with a variety of slipforms, enabling it to build various different profiles like gutters and safety barriers out of concrete. The SP15 is also equipped with a so-called “Trimmer”, a small milling unit which evens the ground just before the building of the concrete profile.
The slipform can be mounted on both sides of the SP15 and can be shifted up to 70 cm (27 in) left or right. The SP15 is powered by a 125 hp engine and weighs about 10–13 metric tons (22,000–28,000 lb), depending on the actual equipment.

The NZG model resembles the version with a conveyor belt for the concrete feeding.
