| Description | The BC 1172 RB is currently Bomag's largest refuse compactor. Refuse compactors are used to compact deposed trash in landfills to increase the landfill's storage capacity and to make it sufficiently stable for a later recultivation. Since normal household refuses in Germany are only treated in refuse incineration plants nowadays, this type of machine has become rare in Germany. |
